Shipping & Order Values - Australian Customers

1) Delivery costs to business addresses in NSW, ACT, VIC, SA & QLD Metro & WA Metro are calculated & shown in the Shopping Cart at the time of placing an order.

OR

2) You can elect to have your order shipped on your own freight service.  We will provide weights & dimensions once packed and collection must be arranged within 2-business days, else a holding charge will apply.

OR

3) You can Pick-up your order from our Sydney warehouse.

OR

4) For TAS, NT, regional WA & regional QLD deliveries, additional freight charges may apply for BULKY or HEAVY goods.
You will be contacted prior to despatch to advise you of the freight charge.
 
Ad-hoc Freight Charges
We reserve the right to charge freight or modify the documented freight charges on any order.  However if undocumented freight charges are going to be charged, you will be contacted prior to despatch for approval.

Note: For orders above 30kg that are being delivered to a residential address there will be a Freight Surcharge.  This surcharge will not be shown at the time of placing the order, you will be contacted prior to despatch for your approval of this charge.
 
Returns
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for incorrectly ordered goods. Please discuss this with our Customer Service staff prior to sending incorrectly ordered goods back for credit.  You will be issued a GRN number and return paperwork that must accompany goods being returned.
