HAUPTNER Art. 69320 Sucking Preventer
This adjustable device is designed to be fitted to the nasal cartilage of cows or calves that are exhibiting cross sucking behaviour (sucking on appendages that aren't udder teats).
The outer studs cause discomfort on contact and encourage the animal to move away from the calf or cow trying to get to them.
The guard does not prevent regular feeding for the animal it is fitted to.
